Wellness Management Plan

Your Company’s Best Opportunity to Reduce Health Care Cost and provide a Comprehensive Wellness Program for Employees

Natural Health Resources’ Mission is to improve health in the workforce. We help employees develop new ways to become healthier and more productive by promoting new or modified behavior, rather than finding ways of operating, medicating and radiating away the effects of unhealthy lifestyles.

Your Company’s Wellness Management Plan
Three Part Recommendation

Cost Benefit Analysis
Your Company may desire a three-day assessment of the company’s total health care cost. The results of this study will be compared to the average company’s profile of risk factors and the average claim cost by number of risk factors. An estimation of the preventable health care cost can thus be obtained.
Comparison of Average Claim Number of Risk Factors
Percent of Employees by Number Risk actors
Percent of Employees by Number of Risk Factors
The attainable savings through a Health Promotion Program is then calculated by comparing the Your Company’s results to an attainable benchmark profile.

Health Assessment and Prevention System
The recommended tool is provided through Wellsource, with more than 20 years of experience this tool is used by leading hospitals and organizations around the world.

A confidential report can be mailed directly to each employee. An executive report of group information with recommendations for intervention is sent to a designated individual. Progress reports that show changes in test results and wellness rating for each test date are included. A Physician summary report can be sent to individual physicians with the employee’s permission.

Provided are innovative tools and services that:
1. Access and identify population health risks and disease states
2. Stratify populations into appropriate care pathway groups
3. Track intervention progress and recommendation compliance
4. Document program outcomes in quality of life indicators
