How do I log in to my course or masterclass?

Please note, as of May 2024 all our courses and masterclasses are housed in a new membership site called Kartra. You should have received your log in details via email. Please see this page to log in and view tutorials on how to access your courses and navigate our membership site.

How do I book an appointment with Dr. Melissa?

Dr. Melissa has a limited number of appointments available each week. Please go here to schedule an appointment.

Unfortunately Dr. Melissa cannot address any personal health issues via chat, support tickets or comments on blogs or social media posts. A private patient appointment is necessary.

Where is my supplement order?

If you have ordered supplements through Dr. Melissa’s Fullscript store, please note all orders are operated and fulfilled by Fullscript. Please contact Fullscript about your order – you will have received an order confirmation via email from hello@patient.fullscript.com.

Where can I find the digital guide I ordered?

If you have purchased a digital guide, these are delivered via email – please check your inbox, promotions tab and spam/ junk folder. If you still cannot locate your guide, please contact our support staff via our ticketing or live chat.

How long does my lab test take to arrive?

If you have purchased a lab test, we fulfill these orders ourselves. Please allow up to 7 days to receive your order. Also please note, when you send your samples for testing, the prepaid returns pack goes direct to an independent lab and the test results are sent directly to you from them. Dr. Melissa does not have access to your results and you will need to contact Dr. Melissa once you have received your results to discuss. Details of how to do this will be in your lab test when it arrives after purchase.
