What are those bright red tiny spots on your arms, legs and torso? How did they get there? And how can they go away?
These little red dots are called cherry angiomas. And they are caused by a bromine/bromide toxicity.
Bromine is a naturally occurring element and it is used as an additive in all flour and processed foods. Bromine helps minimize the sifting process required when baking with flour.
